Scratch Building a Grill

This tutorial will demonstrate the quick and dirty method first, it is similar to how grilles and other details are done on Lexan bodies. Later I will do a tutorial on making a grille out of styrene stock.
You will need rubber cement, sheet styrene or
similar, and a printout of your favorite grille from the internet.
Scale the printout of the grille to the right size,
it took me a few tries to get it right. Use rubber cement to bond it to sheet
styrene and give it a bend to match the contour of the body.
Glue it in place and your done.
This body has been completed using simple techniques
that are easy, and is ready to mount.
